Controller

PMSCO Healthcare Consulting, a well-established healthcare consulting company and subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, is seeking a full-time candidate to be responsible for the corporate accounting operations and assist with financial consultation of medical practices.  Individual must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.  

Position responsibilities include performing corporate accounting functions and day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting/analysis, and financial planning; preparing annual budget; coordinating independent audit; and maintaining appropriate internal control structure; as well as providing financial services to medical practice management clients, including financial assessments, feasibility studies, billing audits, compensation methodology development, and other services.

Position Requirements: CPA; BS/BA in accounting/finance; min. 5-10 years management level experience in related position. Experience w/ financial operations of medical practices and/or health care delivery required. Government experience preferred.
